Over exposed image - need help - can this image be salvaged

Subject   Over exposed image - need help - can this image be salvaged  [SIMILAR]

I took the image below at ASA3200/A700 (by mistake - ASA. not the camrea, HA!). I have Photo Shop Elements6, but am a very novice user. Is there any way I can fix the exposure of this picture. - I've inserted the picture two different ways, hopefully one of them will post here.
