I don't know how to ask this without sounding like a troll.

I am currently a canon crop user getting ready to go FF. Because I have mostly ef-s lenses, I will be selling most of my gear and have to pretty much start fresh. This gives me the chance to consider switching brands.

For the most part I have been wondering which I like better, the 5Dii and some great f4 zooms or the strong D700 and the great 14-24.

However, more and more I want to at least look into Sony's cams, they seem really serious.

However, there seem to be few decent new lenses for FF cameras. I am looking at the pricey 16-35 and 24-70, but what else should I be looking at? I am a landscape/travel guy, so something in those ranges, plus one portrait prime (somewhere between 85 and 135)... and what is the build quality of these, as they are pricey as heck....
