I like everything I see about the specs and Live View/CMOS sensor are enough to make me upgrade from the K10D but I was so hoping that this new camera would have a continuous drive # at full resolution up near 4 - 6 FPS as is found on EOS 30D, EOS 40D and Nikon's 300D; none of which are the very top offerings from Canon or Nikon and should be the cameras that Pentax hopes this K20D will compete against. Is it that they don't have the technology to do this or that to do it would drive the price of the camera above where they want it to be? I mean what's so difficult about building in a bit more processor speed and making sure that the shutter/mirror assembly is robust enough to meet the requirement? Maybe they're holding off on 5-6 FPS for their top of the line K1D if we ever see one.

I realize that this spec is not important for some of us but for sports or certain nature shots where the subject is moving, it is very important. I just thought they'd have improved this spec with this camera --- 3FPS is getting to be pretty outdated. This 20 FPS rate for a 1 MB JPEG is not useful IMO, I can't see using it.
