It sure seems like Pentax is going to a lot of trouble and expense. 1. Back in October they took the press on Queen Elizabeth II Cruise Ship. 2. Press conference on January 10th 3. Press conferences on January 24. It seems a little extreme for just replacements/upgrades to two existing models and couple of new lenses that have been on their roadmap forcouple of years. Maybe all we will get is the specs for the two new dslr cameras. Pentax must be proud of developing their own sensor. Maybe we will get something more earth shaking. I guess we will know in a few days or a couple of weeks. My guess is that the following will be announced: 1. Replacement for K100D and will be at the dealers in Feb. 2. Replacement for K10D and will be at the dealers in March. 3. DA200 is now being made and will be at the dealers by the end of Jan. 4. DA300 will be at the dealers in March/April time frame.
