for some other people good morning and everybody Nice days and a Happy New Year (still 6 days).
This last week I buy the Pentax K100D.
I am/was an Olympus C5050Z (compact) user, also with AA NiHM batteries.
I can used the camera a long time, before he tell me that the batteries are empty.
I read here about the battery life 600 shots a charge and 850 shots a charge for the pentax K100D.
I have buy for the new camera GP 2700 and after a short time (I must say you look more in the beginning at the monitor) the camera gives as the batterysign half black or hole white. I had also buy the eneloop batteries, also the same prob.
Now I have seen, that when I set the camera off, when I see that the batterysign is half or empty, I wait a moment and set the camera on.
No problem more, I can take photos, after some photos it start again with half or empty and whenn I make the same off and than on I can go on.
When I take the batteries out off the camera, they are not empty in my extern batteriecontroler.
I put also in the camera FULL 4 digital photo rechargeable NI-MH 2200 MAh AA (not 1,2V but 1,25V) and what say the camera total empty batteries.
Are there users of the K100D had the same prob.
Is the charger; is the batteries; is it the camera????
