I'll let picture speak for it. You've got to be kidding me pentax. ISO 800. This is worthless. The d200 which was no great shape as far as noise goes did FAR FAR better then this. Noise in bands of multi color is horrific. http://pictures.divergentservices.com/speaker.jpg Tim
