How can Tamron make the new 15x lens at less than 10 ounces? The quality of the existing (Nikon too) 18-200 is marginal and these weigh more like 16-20 ounces.
With this new Tamron, you can add to a D40x or D60 and weigh less than the Fuji S100 superzoom by almost half a pound.
