I was up all night again, and thought of a new diffuser for better macro light.
it is also adjustable for different lighting affects, (only if your flash head can tilt & swivel).
start of with a pringles tube.

then cut of 2.5 inch of the top, (or you could experement with the length)

then cut a rectangle out the size of your flash end.

then take a disposable party bowl, or white paper, or similar item. cut out the same size as the pringles tub.

then tape or stick on. Finished, or you could paint it any color you want lol.

now for demo. the adjustments are made by moving and tilting the flash head.

now some quick test shots, all are on a quarter power setting on the flash. sunpak 383. now need bugs lol.

ALL pics were taken with a Raynox 250 and a panasonic FZ50.
No PP was done, only resize for web and sharpend a touch, nothing else was done. A very cheap adjustable diffuser.
Hope this is eather fun or a help for some. but I will be experementing with it, and I will spray it black, so i dont get funny lookes hehe.
