In early December I purchased the FZ3 from Circuit City. It seemed quite a deal, with a discount, a mail-in rebate for another $50 off, and a mail-in coupon to Panasonic for a free extra battery and a case for the FZ3.

Well, it is almost Valentine's Day and I've yet to see the extra battery or the case.

Has anyone received this package from Panasonic?

If there are others who haven't, is there anything we can do about it besides complain on this forum? Perhaps a mass e-mail to the Better Business Bureau?

I don't care for dealing with a company (Panasonic, in this case) that doesn't live up to its word.
