Hi all,
I am a photojournalism student and I am currently in my senior year of school. I just have a few professional questions and any help would be great.
I have been lucky enough as a student to freelance for local newspapers, corporate clients and magazines. Currently I own the 1D Mark III, 16-35 f/2.8LII, and 70-200 f/2.8L. This is definitely expensive gear for someone in college, but I have been able to afford it.
I have been thinking about either buying the 5D Mark II (to go along with my current equipment) or buying the 1D Mark IV (and selling my 1DM3).
Or should I just scrape the whole idea and buy another lens or two?
What do you guys think? Any help would be great.
I only have three grand in my bank account (assuming I'll get 2500 for my 1DM3, I can add that to the 3,000 I have now for the IV).
Thanks a ton.
Kevin
