1DIV focus.

Just to check I've got this right. If you buy a 1DIV (or a 1DIII?) and use it with f4 lenses, even the really expensive stuff (500/600 etc.), you are restricted to only one cross type focus point. But if you use a 7D with the same lenses, you get 19 such points.

So, for someone who often positions subjects near the frame edge, it may actually be better, from a focus point of view, to buy a 7D. Is this correct?

Not that I'm in the market for a 1DIV, but I may add a 7D or 1DIII next year if it makes financial sense.
