I use a 5D and 5D MKII. I don't want to get into a big discussion about how well the outer focus points work or don't work; for my own work I have found the center focus point to work very well and I use it most of the time. So I focus and recompose.

I would be interested in hearing the focus-recompose techiques that people are using. Which CFn's and how are people achieving both focus and exposure using the focus-recompose technique?
