This isn't a "what do people know", this is a "what are people saying"....if that makes any sense to anyone.. I'm not sure if it does to me, but I thought I'd ask what people are spreading around about the upgrade..

The only thing I know is that something is coming for sure..

I used to be in on the "word" from a few people, and that seems to have gone South on me lately with misinformation..

What I heard from a friend last Summer is that we should be expecting a 16mp "40D like" FF camera..

However, that was until Nikon smacked Canon around a bit.. The last conversation was something of a "split" of performances in the lower end FF cameras....he mentioned how ideal it would be.. Which gets me to wondering if he was really telling me something..? Will we see a ..(??) 3D & 7D..? and no longer a 5D..? or will there be a 5DMkII or a 5DsMkII..? ..."like a Big & slow, or small & fast" camera..?

I doubt that very much..

Who knows..

I'm just looking forward to it.. :-)
