I am very curious about this camera and what it will produce . I am sure it will be a stunning camera in a class by itself. I would however like to see Canon step up the ante on build quality for this camera with the following.

1. weather sealing
2. at least 5 fps with optional vertical grip to boost to 8 fps
3. 16 megs
4. same focusing cam as the 1D series
5. 150,000-250,000 shutter cycles


Even if this camera is a little more expensive say around 3,000 + just give the people what they deserve

I think Canon owe it to their loyal customers. don't let them down Canon.

For myself I will still stick to Nikon...but I'll be looking out :-)
