I keep on looking at DPReviews' lens tests for various Canon lenses. The big problem for me is that my optics remain lens limited, as my kit 18-55mm almost never reaches the Nyquist frequency for the 500D and my 50mm 1.8 II prime doesn't reach the Nyquist frequency on my preferred aperture settings. I'm just wondering, if I'm reading the lens test results, what the Nyquist frequency should be for the 500D body. The test result is for a 450D body, which is 12 megapixels. The 500D is 15 megapixels...
