I'm currently considering this lens. But before sealing the deal, I'd like some feedback about your personal likes and dislikes, and how you feel about this lens as compared to the Canon 18-55IS. Is it worth(to you) well over twice the expense? What percentage of the time is the Tamron on your camera? Thanks
