Glad to hear you like it!

I posted it above but I'll repost with a more obvious subject line.. Here it is:
Thanks :)

-Open the image (L0)
-Apply unsharp mask with 0.9 / 120
-Duplicate it to another layer (call it L1)
-Desaturate L1 using channel mixer
-Change L1 blending mode to Hard Light or overlay, which one you like the best
-Create a new transparent layer (L2) and set opacity around 40%
-Choose a brownish color, set the brush opacity to %35 and paint the guy's face on L2.
-Create new transparent layer
-Select black and paint the background
-Use curve to adjust L0

This is it :)

'Juggling is a metaphor for life.. Each ball represents one of life's concerns and the goal is to give each the appropriate amount of individual attention while simultaneously watching and guiding all the others. Life is about balance and staying quick and alert as everything threatens to spin out of control' from Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson
