I am fairly new to DSLR and i have a Xsi and i am trying to decide which lense is better for what i need i will be using this lens primarily for soccer pics but also want some versatility so with the need for a fast shutter speed will there be any advantage to the IS i am also open to other brands if some has a better suggestion. Trying to save money but not go cheap either. All idea's and recommendation are welcome Thanks
