Help me combine 3 lenses into 1.

I like all three of these lenses, but would like to somehow combine them into a single lens OR come as close as I can in doing so. Canon 18-55IS, 50 1.8, and Tamron 28-75 2.8. Take your best shot, please. I know there will be some comprimising here, but see what you can come up with AND for under $500(an absolute must). The IQ is #1, and a faster aperture(2.8 is OK) is right up there, too. I shoot with a 1.6X Canon XS. Could be that it can't be done. If that's it, tell me. I cruised a few sights and found the zoom range easy to approach, but when you add in the faster aperture, AND my limited spending limit... Well, I'm thinking that this request will strike out. But maybe you know something I don't. Thanks for trying though.
