Hi,
FYI, I am currently using 5D mark II with 17-40L, 24-105L, 85L II and 70-200 f2.8 L.
I love my 85L very much. But somewith working with tighter space, the great tele lens is kind of useless. It was where I used my 24-105 L, which I had some complaits such as only f4 (huge differences compare to 85L effect) as well as some noticable distortion.
At this moment, I found it is very hard to choose between 24L and 35L. As both focal might be needed... And I cannot afford both... It is also very unlikely to carry both even if I can afford... This is where I thought of the 24-70 L. Althought the 24-70L only has f2.8 (one stop better than 24-105), the zoom really offer flexibiity on focal length, which IMO should work great with 85L combo.
So what do you think? Which one will you get? 24L, 35L or 24-70L?
I know it is a simple question... But the answer is not simple....
