I shoot with SB900 flashes. I have 4 I use with various umbrella's and one Ezybox etc.

I recently borrowed a Sekonic light meter.

Can someone suggest the approach to using this properly for a newbie with it.

Specifically:

* I assume I only shoot in manual flash - not using CLS at all
* Do I meter each individual light - or the entire group?

If there an online tutorial (very basics) - I'd appreciate that too. Thank you all.
