Good to see this aired, and thank you for digging it out. I had got a bit frustrated over the lack of detail on LumiQuest's site ;-)

Not sure of the history of your diagram, below, but in case you didn't see it I later posted a plan view shot of the 80-20 right next to that first pic. It also prints directly at 1:1 scale, so it might be useful for confirming dimensions depending on how your own plan was derived:
