Bought the MD lens-to-Maxxum body adapter last week from B and H and tried it out today. It has some drawbacks but overall is well worth the $35 plus shipping. (That's for the rather flimsy generic brand; I'd buy the Minolta brand if you can find it). This is manual focus Tamron 28-200 lens, Maxxum body, Kodak Gold 100 film (expired date, bought in a 7-Eleven) and scanned on Minolta 5400 Elite. http://robert.souther.us/images/LobsterFloats.jpg
