3. If you change price or spec change the number in the second place after the decimal (2.10 -> 2.11)

4. If you add a device change the number in the first place after the decimal (2.11 -> 2.20)

5. If you add a new category (like DVD burner) or make a significant change to the way the list is presented (2.20->3.00)
