Is there anyone who know how to use a hot shoe flash and the pop-up flash together?

Hi, I found that the hot shoe flash block the pop-up flash lift the whole way to its position. So it is not activated, and not working. I wonder if I can use some mount to lift the hot show flash, so the pop-up flash can pop to its position.

Please HELP~
