Just wondering if anyone has purchased any 'Bargain' grade glass from KEH and, if you have, what is the real-world condition? It's hard for me to evaluate if it's worth going up to EX or EX+ due to some large increases in price, esp. with the bargain version available, but no image & no detail as to why it's graded as bargain?

KEH is only about an hour from me and they are having an open-house for trade in's and I'm thinking about heading down to pick up either the (suggest from my other thread) 24-85 -- still don't know which version --, the 24-70 (bite the bullet!!) or the 17-35. Each of which have a Bargain offering and are well under the price of the other models.

Thanks again for any clues, as I'd hate to get down there and the bargain model look like it was dropped off a cliff!
