My wife & I went to the local park, she walked 5 miles while I just putzed around with my cmaera and new 80200 ED. We finished up, got back to the car, and for about 3 minutes I was shooting some kids (teen, early teen) shooting hoops while sitting on a low wooden barrier by the car. The kids were maybe 60 meters away. Just as I get up, a cop car pulls up in back of us. "What are you doing? Where do you live?" etc. etc. I gave the cop a business card, he asked for my date of birth, then told me to wait by his car while he talked to my wife to 'confirm' what I said. He just said that he had to ask what I was up to, "the way things are these days." Ah, the post 9/11 world.
