I sent my 7D to Canon, Irvine on the 28th for AF inconsistency and received it back late this afternoon. Funny thing... my status shows completed for the past four days and not yet shipped. I called Canon this morning and was told my unit has not been shipped but should ship today by FedEx two day. Well, it arrived today and was shipped yesterday? Really not complaining and just happy I have it back. Here is the Service Detail: CHECKED AND ADJUSTED FOCUS TO STANDARD. UPDATED FIRMWARE (I had already done this). CLEANED CMOS. CL/CK ALL FUNCTIONS. There was no mention of "electical adjustments." It was dark when I received it so have not had a chance to check it out for AF performance. -- http://nevadajack.smugmug.com/
