from the canonrumors forum in a 60D yes or no thread: With rumors now floating around describing a Sony 14.6mp FF sensor, we may see a even lower cost sony FF sensor, maybe below $1700. This is Canon's and Nikon's worst nightmare, if they do not have a model ready to counter it, Sony will get a lot more market share. In spite of my general dislike of Sony and the quality of products I've owned, their Digital SLR's are of excellent quality (Minolta Heritage ??), and their lenses are supurb. I'm expecting a 12or 14mp Canon FF in the $1800 ballpark. Canon always likes to wait for Nikon to commit, and then releases their unit priced slightly lower.
