I've had the 7D for a few weeks, and in every attempt to shoot video, video playback is always stuttered. That is, the video goes a second or two, pauses and jumps, goes a second or 2, pauses and jumps, etc. The audio is fine, and follows along smoothly. I've taken 1080p at 30 fps and at 24 fps, with the same result. My CompactFlashes, 2 of which I've used, and both of which were formatted, are SanDisk 16 MB/60mbps and 32 MB/30 mbps, well above the Canon spec for cards.

I'm sure I am doing something wrong, but I cannot figure it out. Any ideas? MOST appreciated, since I bought this as much for the video as for the stills. - Paul M.
