Cell phone camera reviews

Has any seen a comparison of the quality of cell phone cameras? The only comparison sites I've found list on the megapixels in each camera, and that's not a very good way to judge the camera quality (in my opinion). I'm hoping someone out there has done actual cell phone camera reviews with some of the big names (e.g. iPhone, Nexus, Droid) to do a comparison--which does better in low light, better color, response time, etc.

While a cell phone isn't a replacement for a real camera, it's with me much more, and it seems like I might want a decent one instead of just taking chances. I wish there were reviews similar to how this site does DSLR's, except for cell phone cameras (okay, maybe not that fully in-depth, but you get what I mean).
