bluish tint in photo

In reviewing recent photos, I came across a phenomenon I'd not encountered before.   In some there is a distinct bluish tint to them. I even have a couple of photos of the very same scene, taken just seconds apart, with no change in the camera settings, yet one is quite normal and the other has that bluish tint.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?  Or more importantly, how I can correct it?  I've tried various Photoshop options, but while I get some improvement, either most of the bluish tint remains and/or I get an unnatural looking picture.

They were taken with a Canon Power Shot A590. Thanks for any advice anyone can give me.    If it would be helpful to have the photos I'm referring to, I'd be happy to email them.    Dick McLane
