I was thinking of buying one of those LCD picture frames to display my photos in my office at work, but when you look at the price ($300 for a 15" frame) it makes me wonder why I wouldn't be better off buying a 40" HDTV with Apple TV. Certainly more expensive, but hanging a 40" display panel having on the wall would have a HUGE impact, and would eventually be cheaper than continually printing an framing my best shots. The idea of configuring slide shows any which way I want is attractive.
Anyone done this? Do you have any recommendations? I'm assuming it would be best to use a 1080P model. I wish they came in 4:3 so I'll have to recrop to 16:9 for best results, right?
Thanks!
