yes! i just realised! with my BRAND NEW Z-850 camera i uprgaded to the firmware 1.1B and the pictures came out all fuzzy/out focus!! so i downgraded to 1.10 and the pictures are ok (but not as 1.0) You can see with your eyes! it's not a lens fault, it's the firmware!! FW. 1.00 (100% crop) - maybe a bit over sharpy http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/8606/cimg0005800cropkn5.jpg FW. 1.10B (100% crop) - FUZZY! OMG!! http://img174.imageshack.us/img174/6691/cimg0008cropnv3.jpg FW. 1.10 (100% crop) - thanks god, it's good. But the video? http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/9707/cimg0009cropbo2.jpg Stop to send back to CASIO, it's useless!! just try to downgrade to 1.10 and you will see the difference! it's not a lens problem (it cannot, i just proved it). so now the problem is.... keep the 1.10 to have sharp photos or the 1.10B to have fuzzy photos but great video? OMG.. casio..
