Pricing for poster sized prints

I've read, and found, that $20-25 for an 8x10 unnumbered print seems about typical, what about a poster sized one (24x36)? Cost seems to range from about $20 for Costco quality, up to maybe $50 for Mpix. What sort of range of markup would be appropriate for this? Curious if people do sort of a static 'the image is worth this much' + cost to produce, or if you use a percentage markup.
