I have lots of 35mm negatives and still maintain a darkroom. My inquiry is what would be the better way for resolution and dynamic range for web use: scanning a 35mm film on a Nikon Coolscan 5000 or printing it 8x10 first and then scanning on an Epson 700 or 750? B&W only is concerned...

Your insightful comments would be highly appreciated.

Kind regards,
Bob
