What Metering Mode on S100Fs for Wedding Photos?

Hi All Hope you are all well. I am going to be shooting a friends wedding and I am slighlty concenrned about what metering mode to use. As per usual the Bride will be wearing white and the Groom will be wearing black and the Bridesmaids will be in dark silver. Which metering mode would be best to ensure I do not blow any of the shots? I would also appreciate any advice on what would be the best setting to use inside the church since I believe that I will not be able to use flash photograhy. The Shots will be handheld so really nervous about underexposing shots and also camera blur. Any will help would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards The Duke
