I got a used G9 last week for $275 off Craig's List... It will go back on CL tomorrow... OK, not that I am trying to compare it with my D300 / D700 and a nice 24-70 2.8 or 70-200, but after shooting 500 shots I have yet to see any really great results... some decent shots but nothing great. I took it just to see how it would shoot soccer yesterday... sideline / close stuff and it hardly lives up to the task... I guess I just forgot what it's like to use a P&S So I might try the G11 for Christmas but I will surely get it from a seller I can return it to. -- Rich www.richbaum.smugmug.com
