I've seen lots of G11 image samples floating around but few portraits. So I thought I would make my contribution.
My conclusion? The G11 makes a fine portrait camera. The only thing it cannot do is shallow depth of field. Other than that, I like the results.
I shot RAW with auto white balance, converted in Lightroom.
(1) ISO 80, f5.0, 1/800 sec. Alien Bee B800 camera right with shoot-thru umbrella
