I love my G9. It feels right and I find I use it a ton vs. the DSLR. I've been waiting on the Oly m4/3 announcement today (for over a month) while debating G11 vs. m4/3. Well, let's just say I'm posting here right now and that pretty much says what I think of the Oly upgrade in the EP-2.

I tried a G11 in the store the other day and it's menus, etc. feel "slower" somehow, not as snappy to me. The AF "seemed faster" to me, any word on this? Overall, the performance did seem to be a bit faster. The top dials are great as I'm using the exp comp menu a lot and the dial would be welcome. It's too bad that Best Buy had the only one around as they lock them $^%$@# down with a massive plate across the bottom so you can't insert and SD card for test photos. It's really crazy, they do it for all cameras, how can someone get a feel for ergonomics with it tethered like that, its insane.

Anyway, the last question is about the IQ at higher ISO's vs. G9. Of course the G11 is better, 1-2 stops...but is it REALLY that noticeable? Enough to warrant the upgrade? I often still wouldn't use it for indoor people shots at >ISO 400 with the 270EX. Right now ISO 200 seems ideal on the G9 for flash recycle times and ambient light, but the IQ for me is a bit low at 200. If I could get ISO 80-100 IQ with flash at ISO 200 on the G11 that would be great, how about 400?
