Hi

I have been following the postings about S90 and it looks like a great camera but I have a few questions. Currently I have a DSLR that I prefer to use but I miss having a compact camera for those times that a DSLR is just too big to bring along.

I have Canon S400 that takes great pictures, amazing picture quality but the wife got tired of the big G2 we have and is now using it full time. The biggest drawback is its autofocus speed and this it shares with the G2 (that takes amazing pictures btw).

I remember borrowing a S30 model back in the days that I really liked the feel of as well as great picture quality.

So my question (finally getting to the point) is if anybody who has bought the S90 can compare it to any these three cameras (G2, S30, S400)?
I would have preferred a OVF but it seems those days are gone for small compacts today.

For something this portable how does the S90 stack up to these old gems? Especially autofocus and picture quality?
