Have you found any tips or tricks with the S90? Here are a few I found:

You can preset the manual focus value by half pressing the shutter and then pressing the MF (left) button. You can then adjust focus with the dial on the back. You can press the exposure button (up) to switch the dial back to the default function(s), leaving the focus locked.

When using Exposure lock, the rear dial will scroll between the range of equivalent A and T values.
