No, I am not an Olympus user, yes I am a Nikon User. However that has absolutely nothing to do with this post. This problem is universal no matter if you are shooting film or digital. I also posted this on the Nikon Post.

This thread was posted over on the Canon Lens forum. Although some of the suggestions could be Cannon SLR specific I believe there are lot's of suggestions that would be of use with any camera. I am at some point going to go through this thread and summarize the suggestions.

In the meantime I would like to start a thread here on the same subject. I will then add your suggestions to the suggestions here and post them.

So Nikon folks, tell us what your favorite method is to prevent camera shake (A tripod is obvious but I would like to hear other suggestions). Let's hear about preventing hand held shake.
