One of the Gurus on the retouching forum came up with an extremely simple way to get that glamour look that used to be so popular in the '80s. It works on all kinds of pics... people, animals, flowers, and can act as a rescue technique for a bad picture, too. Best of all, it works with any version of Photoshop or Elements, and in just a few steps, you can make this kind of transformation.
This is a very bad pic I took at the dentist's office of the pretty assistant. I used the 995's internal flash at close range, and it didn't work at all with her reflective makeup.
