I have a D200 RAW file I'd like to convert to B and W. I have difficulty not getting posterization. Any clues as to how to avoid this? I think the blue channel is a little blown but would this be the cause having clawed back the lost highlights through reducing the exposure with the exposure slider?
Any help appreciated.
