Does Nikon have flashes specifically targeted towards the D90 or D300.

My wife hates flashes and just wants to shoot with indoor available light -- so I need a good flash and to introduce her to the world of bounce flash -- at least that is what I think I need to do based on the comments I have seen about bounce flash.

So I need a good flash / bounce flash -- I guess they are the same.
