Mine now has the error others have experienced. I bought the camera new at introduction and now the wife uses and enjoys it for flowers and grandsisters.
Those that had Nikon do the repair, is the repair holding? Would hate to invest and have it only last a year.
Can you share what Nikon actually charged for the repair. I will call Nikon, but not sure they provide estimates over the phone prior to having camera in hand.
It seems the typical system 2 error. It will take from 1 to several pictures before "System 2 error" pops up on the display and then requires a power down power back up to take the next picture(s).
Many thanks in advance for the help.
Wife and I both like the quality of the pictures. The IQ in good light at low iso is right next to my D3 and D90 that I now shoot sports with.
