Barrie It is most likely still on your system but when you un-installed elements a registry entry was removed. Look for "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration\Adobe Gamma.cpl"you can start it from there you should also see the loader in that directory. Had a Problem like this when I un-installed PS 7. The un-install also broke PS CS droplet function. I had to re-install PS 7 and PS CS and wipe out PS 7 without un-installing it to get everything working again. -- JJMack
