Melicent....

The brush is found in the "Natural Brushes 2 " set.
Turn off the top layer.
Change the mode of "Pencil Base" to "Darken"
Brush on "Reveal Pencil" Layer with REPEATED short "dabbing" strokes.
Brush opacity about 21%
Finish off with Pencil-Thick brush (Same set) to sharpen details.
Adjust contrast on "Reveal Pencil" MASK.... NOT the layer, to taste.
Flatten and adjust levels, touchup, adjust hue and sat etc.

Try that :-)
