You may try the two scans at 180 degrees (or 4 at 90)

I applied neat image. Changed to Mode>RGB first. Here's the settings:
Noise levels - these seem to need to be exact on this image
High -15%
Mid -35%
Low -60%
(to be clear that's minus 15%, etc.)

Y +150 Cr -100 Cb -100

Noise Reduction Amounts
High 100%
Mid 100%
Low 90%
Y 100%
Cr and Cb 0

I sharpened - checked all boxes maxed at 250%
Then went into USM and set 75,75,0
Touched up with smudge tool low opacity 15%
